Lost & Found

The many gods mentality was gradually narrowed down, although unaware, to just two. The god of light and the god of darkness—borrowed from Persian Zoroastrianism—had helped creating Christian dualism, which portrays the Almighty God as the God of light; and Satan as the god of the world or as the angel of darkness, which from time to time can transform himself into an angel of light (Paul’s words.)

[2 Corinthians 11:14] No wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light.

In this context it is quite easy to also label me as an agent of Satan… and so the superstitious and uneducated mind remains unchanged.

To some, these writing would have been a waste of the precious time. Yet, there must be some precious saint desiring to know the absolute truth.

[Matthew 5:8] Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.

[Matthew 15:18-20] “But the things that proceed out of the mouth come from the heart, and those defile the man. “For out of the heart come evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, slanders. “These are the things which defile the man.”

Obviously, it is the thoughts, which are beliefs and interpretations that produce defilements. If we handle evil and impure thoughts and busy ourselves with these things, deeming them as coming from the evil Satan; then we handle something impure. And when trying to overpower that evil through spiritual warfare or in all-night prayer wars then in the process we defile ourselves even more.

There is not one sentence in the Bible to pray against something, but rather for. The praying against, fighting or tearing down Satan’s supposed strongholds is completely pagan, which is not even a prayer, but something that Balaam was about to do. This form of a ‘prayer’ came to us quite recently.

What right do we have to pray against someone or something or even against an angelic principality, which the Creator Himself appointed for a period of time? Again, there is an intelligent and simple explanation for the expressions, which Jesus, Paul, Peter or John used.

No matter how often we do try to conquer the enemy we always return to square one and the status quo; as if we keep on burying Satan, but yet he manages to stay alive. I wonder, where is the place of his burial and where does he live? We crush his head on Sunday only to revive him the next week. So we bury him again and then we ‘sort of’ resurrect him in order to ‘play’ some more with the negative and hateful idea. There must be wisdom found somewhere between these activities; otherwise we will land in a psychiatric ward.

Truth is heavenly, a realm of no time and of no darkness and where mishaps are not even possible. Mystery is not of the Truth therefore any gaps are only found in our comprehension. Truth is the light that illumines anything hidden in darkened spaces. Truth is bold. A lie is insecure. Truth never fades, but illusion does fade because it contains a seed of deception and therefore a lie.
